Deaf-blind

Deafblindness is the absence of vision and hearing, as well as an impairment in the ability to speak. This disease is rare and is associated with dysfunction of the nervous system, brain pathology or structural defects of the brain. People born with underdevelopment of the skull and heads can be called deaf-blind.
