Dextrocyclophoria

Dextrocyclophorenia is a type of cyclophoria. The name indicates an increased reaction of the ciliary muscle to the action of the nerves of the same name (dextran). With direct reflexometry, the cyclophoria indicator reaches 20-40°, and visual cyclophoria is observed on a duochrome test object under the same lighting. In the experiment, decantation or therapy with cyclosporine smoothes out cyclophoria, hypermetropia appears, surrounding objects are more clearly differentiated, and visual acuity improves, especially when performing visometry without prior supervision.
