Extramammillary Paget's dermatosis

Paget's dermatosis extomamilar, also known as Paget's ectomamilar dermatosis, is a rare form of malignant skin tumor. In this case, the Echard paradox is applied, when malignant cells are in regression, but do not disappear. At the stage of these changes, a rash and itching appears. Since the paradox itself disappears over time from the host organism, it progresses.
