Ingredients: Active substance - diazepam

Indications for use: Neuroses, neurasthenia, hysteria, reactive depression, agoraphobia, insomnia, Meniere's disease, spastic paralysis, alcohol withdrawal syndrome, status epilepticus, epilepsy, premedication before operations and endoscopy; LSD poisoning.

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity, acute liver and kidney diseases, myasthenia gravis, angle-closure glaucoma, first trimester of pregnancy, breastfeeding.

Side effects: Addiction, paradoxical reactions, decreased concentration, drowsiness, memory impairment, ataxia, headaches, dizziness, hypotension, bradycardia, liver and kidney damage, decreased libido, reactions at the injection site, withdrawal syndrome, allergic reactions.

Interaction: Enhances the effects of alcohol, anticonvulsants, hypotensives, analgesics, hypnotics. Weakens the effect of MAO inhibitors, analeptics, psychostimulants.

Overdose: Drowsiness, impaired consciousness, coma, suppression of reflexes. Treatment: gastric lavage, administration of a diazepine antagonist, mechanical ventilation.

Special instructions: Do not mix with other drugs in the same syringe. Avoid getting into the artery and perivascular space. When administered intravenously, newborns require equipment for resuscitation.
