Dilatation of the Heart Concentric

Dilatation of the heart is a violation of its normal position in the chest and an increase in the size of the ventricular cavity. In essence, this is a compensatory reaction of the body.

This disorder can be divided into two types: expansive dilation or concentric dilatation of the heart. They both have the same cause - hypertension. But their development mechanism is completely different. Thus, with expansive dilatation, the expansion of cavities occurs under pressure, and with concentric dilatation, this occurs due to stretching.

At normal pressure, the muscle of the left chamber contracts and puts pressure on the heart, thereby increasing the volume and height of the chamber. As the chamber expands, more and more pressure is exerted on the walls, causing them to
