Dynamocardiogram Standard

A dynamocardiogram is a combination of an electrocardiogram and a non-invasive exercise test that provides insight into the functioning of the heart during physical activity. When it is carried out, a person, using an electrocardiograph and weights on a simulator, goes through up to four stress cycles of different durations and volumes, sitting or standing (bicycle ergometry), with registration at each stage of the dynamogram and a rest interval of the appropriate duration. The values of dynamographic indicators are the main research tool; they reflect the parameters of the cardiovascular system, as well as their possible changes in a particular patient. The main purpose of the study is to decipher the ECG parameters (changes in the amplitude of the waves, the duration of the intervals) under conditions of muscular work and to determine the efficiency and economy of the functioning of all parts of the cardiovascular and nervous systems as a single system.

This study is being conducted to identify disturbances in the functioning of the heart during physical activity of varying degrees of intensity, namely: * study of muscle strength; * identifying changes in the functioning of individual parts of the heart

The method is widely used both among athletes and people with diseases of cardiovascular organs and tissues. Before conducting the study, the doctor should warn the patient about possible changes in the body’s functioning during the exercise, and find out whether there are medical restrictions on the load. Due to the physiological specificity of the method in patients with vegetative
