Dystopia Kidneys Ileum

Dystopia is an abnormal arrangement of organs in relation to their usual locations. A dystopic kidney is a kidney that is not in its usual location. Kidney dystopias can be different, and one of these is dystopia, in which the kidney is located closer to the iliac crest (tuber ischioides) than usual. This condition is called dystopic iliac kidney or dystopic iliac crest. Renal dystopia is usually diagnosed during an ultrasound examination of the abdomen using a high-quality sonograph. The sooner treatment begins, the less likely there are complications.
