Dystopia Kidneys Thoracic

**Kidney dystopia** (DP) is a rare anomaly of the internal location of the kidney, in which it is not localized in its usual position. It can be located in the abdominal cavity, retroperitoneum or in the chest. A dystopic kidney can manifest itself clinically or be an incidental finding during the examination. The clinical picture depends on the location and type of DP anomaly. Often, DP anomalies are asymptomatic. Such pathological formations are most often discovered by chance. Recognition is based on ultrasound or x-ray data. Treatment of kidney dystopia in most cases is required routinely.
