Don Long - American bodybuilder, born on October 18, 1966 in Philadelphia in a large family: he was the third child, also has an older sister Michelle, an older brother Cordell and a younger brother Anthony. The boy spent his entire childhood in the town of Elizabeth, which is located in North Carolina. In 1992, Don took an honorable fifth place among junior light heavyweights, with his own weight of 88 kilograms. But a year later, in 1993, Don was able to finish fourth, weighing 101 kilograms. And in 1994, weighing 109 kilograms, he rose to the third step of the podium, losing only to Paul DeMaio and Craig Titus. A year later, in 1995, Don became a professional IFBB bodybuilder, and now his photos adorn all the glossy covers of sports magazines...
