Electrosphygmography

An electrosphygmograph is a method of measuring blood pressure that allows you to obtain accurate data on its dynamics. It is based on recording electrical signals that occur during contraction and relaxation of the heart muscle - the so-called myocardial muscle.

The electroosphygmography method was invented in the mid-20th century and was used to diagnose cardiovascular diseases. But in recent decades, it has become more widely used in medicine, including for monitoring the condition of patients who have undergone heart and vascular surgery.
