Eleutherococcus dry extract

Eleutherococcus senticosus, or Eleutherococcus, is a medicinal plant of the Araliaceae family. Extracts with a tonic effect are obtained from the underground parts of Eleutherococcus (rhizome and root).

Eleutherococcus dry extract is produced in Russia by the companies Biokor, Vilar and Vifitech.

The main active ingredients in the extract are lignans, phenolic compounds, pectins and essential oils.

Indications for use:

1. asthenic conditions
2. neuroses
3. arterial hypotension
4. mental and physical fatigue

Contraindications:

1. hypertonic disease
2. increased excitability
3. acute infectious diseases

Eleutherococcus dry extract has a tonic effect and increases mental and physical performance. It is used for prevention and in complex therapy of asthenic conditions, with low blood pressure, as well as during the rehabilitation period after illnesses.
