Endovasculitis Warty

The warty form of endovasculitis is a relatively rare extrahepatic manifestation of CHC, accompanied by panniculitis: focal proliferation of fat cells with the formation of diffuse, finely lumpy soft tissue tumor-like nodules with a diameter of 4-6 cm, the color of café au lait. The treatment is complex. The main goal is to prescribe rational antiviral therapy. Interferon alpha, nucleoside derivatives, and antioxidants are used for treatment. The prognosis depends on the severity of the disease.
