Evacuation Point Local

A local evacuation point (ELP) is a place where citizens can receive help and support in case of an emergency. It can be organized both at the local level and at the regional level.

In the event of an emergency, the population should know where to turn for help. This will help avoid panic and create conditions for the effective operation of rescue services and ensure the safety of people.
