Hepatrombin

Hepatrombin is a combination drug containing heparin, dexpanthenol and allantoin.

Producing countries: Germany, Yugoslavia, Serbia and Montenegro.

Pharmacological group: direct acting anticoagulants.

Manufacturers: Goedecke/Parke-Davies (Germany), Inex Hemofarm (Yugoslavia), Hemofarm D.D. (Yugoslavia), Hemofarm concern A.D. (Yugoslavia), Hemofarm concern A.D. (Serbia and Montenegro).

International name: Heparin sodium + Dexpanthenol + Allantoin.

Dosage forms: ointment, gel in concentrations of 30,000 and 50,000 units/100 g, jelly for external use.

Ingredients: heparin, dexpanthenol, allantoin, pine and fir oils.

Indications for use: thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, varicose veins, trauma, inflammatory skin diseases.

Contraindications: hypersensitivity.

Side effects: allergic reactions.

Special instructions: do not apply to mucous membranes, infected or damaged skin areas.
