If you're not afraid of a little mess, you can create a fun activity that you'll look back on years later when your little one is grown. Tell him about a theater in the American city of Los Angeles, where famous and popular film actors are invited to leave their marks on a special track. Since the child in your family is also everyone's favorite, it will be very touching if you want to preserve his footprints.
Pour some paint (preferably tempera) into a flat container with some water: a baking tray works well for this. Place newspapers on the floor and place a baking sheet in the middle. Invite your child to take off his shoes and socks and dip his bare foot into the paint. Let the drops drain from it, then quickly place your foot on the white paper. The paint can tickle the skin, so ask your baby not to move his foot for a while, and then you will get a clear, bright print.
While the paint dries, the child will have time to wash his foot. When the print is ready, help your child print his name, age and date at the bottom of the sheet. He might want to cut out his mark and glue it onto a piece of construction paper. Advise him to frame it with his personal stamp and give it to his grandmother.
Repeat the operation - all this can be done, leaving handprints as a memory.
