Gastropathy Hypertrophic Hypersecretory

Hypertrophic-hypersecretory gastropathy is a chronic disease of the gastrointestinal tract, which is accompanied by disturbances in the functioning of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum. This condition occurs as a result of prolonged exposure to negative factors on the mucous membrane of organs. As a result of changes in pathogenic microflora in the gastrointestinal tract, inflammation of the mucous membrane develops, which begins to grow with the formation of folds and areas of thickening.

Manifestations of the disease are quite varied. Patients complain of pain in the upper abdomen: along the esophagus or in the epigastric region - “in the pit of the stomach.” Heartburn, rotten belching, constipation or bowel dysfunction are observed. Complaints of nausea and vomiting are possible. Typically, an exacerbation of the disease occurs after eating, eating spicy, fatty and spicy foods, snacking at night (hunger forces patients to eat junk food, which causes symptoms of the disease), and alcoholic beverages. Symptoms may gradually worsen, resulting in abdominal pain, weakness and fatigue. It is imperative to consult a doctor without waiting for the condition to worsen. The following signs are especially alarming: 1. frequent vomiting, nausea more than 5 times a day; 2. weight loss; 3. The pain is stabbing in nature, becomes more frequent, and spreads to the entire abdomen. It is necessary to contact a gastroenterologist for an examination.
