Gynecologist

Gynecology is a branch of medicine that deals with the diagnosis and treatment of female diseases. The term was coined by the French physician Alphonse Keraxan at the beginning of the 19th century. Translated from Greek, “gyneko” means “woman”, and “-logy” means science. The term quickly took root all over the world, including in Russia, and began to be used to refer not only to gynecological diagnosis and treatment
