Gynecophilia

Gynecophilia (from ancient Greek γυνή - “woman” + φιλία - “love”) is a sexual perversion in which satisfaction of sexual desire is possible only or mainly in combination with the sensation of coitus with the clitoris or labia minora. The word “gynecophilic” itself is formed by analogy with the word “heterophilic”, and in relation to sexual desire such terms as “clothophilicity” and “anistyrgia” have long been used, but only relatively recently this topic has become quite popular and it became necessary to give what is happening a new sonorous name . The term itself is proposed by Nikolai Anichkov.

In many countries of the world it is considered a criminal concept and is a criminally punishable act, in a number of countries it is completely prohibited by law, and in some it is defined as a deviation from the norm, but at the same time it is the subject of scientific research, legal discussions and public debate, including thanks to wide publication activity.

The term “gynecophobia” is a form of perversion of gender identity of a transgender and cisgender nature, characterized exclusively by hostility to one’s female/male genital parts. Persons with such a phobia seek to remove them and replace them with modern prostheses, implants, or otherwise try to give them a gender-specific appearance.
