Hypertension Essential

Essential hypertensive syndrome is excessive activation of the sympathetic part of the autonomic nervous system, leading to increased blood pressure, which is one of the symptoms of various diseases (chronic glomerulonephritis, hypothalamic disease, pheochromocytoma, primary hyperaldosteronism, UC, PED, etc.). The causes of this syndrome are varied, but the leading role in its pathogenesis belongs to sympathetic hyperactivation. This condition occurs quite often in the practice of a general practitioner, and diagnostic errors can arise due to erroneous diagnosis. Existing echocardiography algorithms make it possible to identify the causes of cardiovascular diseases, including hypertension. Hypertension is one of the main causes of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality, especially in old age, when its prevalence in the population reaches 80%. The problem of organizing medical care for severe hypertension remains extremely relevant and poses a serious threat to human health and life. Consequently, treatment, even for severe forms of the disease, not only improves the patient’s quality of life, but also reduces mortality.
