Hypostatic intravascular syndrome in adults is an acute painful condition of unknown etiology with signs of severe vascular hypotension and ischemia of organs and tissues. Disturbances of cerebral hemodynamics with widespread focal damage to the brain, as well as multiple scattered foci of damage in other organs and systems.
