Indications for use: Detoxification therapy for:

  1. toxic forms of acute infectious intestinal diseases (dysentery, salmonellosis);
  2. peritonitis (in the postoperative period);
  3. liver diseases accompanied by the development of liver failure;
  4. burn disease;
  5. sepsis;
  6. hemolytic disease of newborns;
  7. intrauterine infection and toxemia of newborns.

Contraindications:

  1. acute cerebrovascular accidents;
  2. phlebothrombosis, thromboembolism;
  3. chronic heart failure in the stage of decompensation;
  4. diabetes;
  5. conditions in which the administration of large volumes of fluid is contraindicated;
  6. hypersensitivity to the drug.

Side effect:
From the cardiovascular system: with rapid administration - decreased blood pressure, tachycardia.
Allergic reactions: in some cases - various manifestations, up to the development of anaphylactic shock.
Other: with rapid administration - difficulty breathing.

Special instructions:
The occurrence of adverse reactions when Gluconeodez is administered at an increased rate may require the administration of vasoconstrictor and cardiotonic drugs, calcium chloride.
If allergic reactions develop, the infusion should be stopped immediately and antiallergic and symptomatic therapy (antihistamines, cardiotonics, glucocorticoids, vasoconstrictors) administered.
