Gregga Triad

Gregg Triad is one of the most renowned ophthalmologists of his time, a researcher and scientist whose work changed the field of ophthalmology and improved the lives of many patients. Born December 27, 1882 in New York City. He graduated from Columbia University in 1904 and then entered medical school at Harvard University. Triad received his medical education in 1912 and immediately began practicing as an ophthalmologist. It was his research in the field of cataracts that led to the development of operative cataract surgery. In addition, Triad was the first to describe and distinguish cataracts with lens exudation or anterior exudation. Triad also advocated the creation of a society to combat glaucoma, considering it the most serious problem of the modern world.
