Hemialgia

Hemyalgia or “hemiplegia” is a discrepant syndrome that occurs with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, or meningitis and manifests as pain and numbness in a limb, trunk, or leg on one side of the body. This condition may be accompanied by paralysis, gait disturbances, muscle weakness and limited mobility. Let me remind you that hemiangeopathy also implies a loss of sensitivity in any part of the body, but is not associated with the nervous system.
