Cholecystitis Catarrhal

Catarrhal cholecystitis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the walls of the gallbladder, characterized by superficial damage to the mucous membrane and the penetration of microorganisms into it that can cause the disease. Depending on the severity or duration of inflammation, fibrous restructuring of the gallbladder wall develops. Occurs as a result of local or systemic damage; may occur due to excess bile
