Chorea Dubini's fulminancy is a rare neuromuscular disease characterized by rapid, erratic movement of the limbs. Occurs due to disruption of the brain and spinal cord.

The diagnosis is made after the patient contacts a neurologist or cardiologist, he conducts a clinical examination and determines muscle activity, tests for electrolytes; if the diagnosis is confirmed, treatment is prescribed.
