Imperforate

Imperforate: Pathology that can affect the health of girls

Imperforate is a medical condition in which some organs of the body do not have the openings they need to function properly. One example of this condition is hymen occlusion in girls. In this article we will look at what non-perforated is, how it affects

Imperforate hymen - what is it?

Imperfections in the structure of the hymen are quite common. The cause is a hereditary pathology of the development of the connective tissue apparatus. According to one version, the defect appears after birth. The edges of the hymen are very dense and elastic, and have increased sensitivity. Cases of complete isolation or fusion of the hymen are rare. What does this phenomenon depend on? From age, hereditary factors or birth trauma? For some, the edges do not separate during defloration (not the hymen), while for others it closes when the muscles and vaginal cavity contract. Virgins from defective families or those raised in harsh conditions are most susceptible to the disease. The probability is reduced to zero if the child has symmetrical shapes, relatively well-defined ear cartilages, and smooth labia. Is it possible to have spontaneous involution of the hymen? Yes, the pleura can heal on its own and it is quite possible to push the hymen out even without surgery.

Imperforated (imperforate) is a medical term used to designate a condition where there is no natural opening in some body cavities, for example, in women it can be an imperforate vagina (hymen occlusion). The term can also be used to describe situations where there is a partial closure or closure of a natural opening that can cause problems with normal physiological processes. Men and women who have imperforate may have difficulty conceiving or having a child. In such a situation, caesarean section is practiced.

Overgrowth or imperfore hymen occurs in girls during puberty. In this case, there is the formation of a septum in the lower part of the genitals, which, however, does not provide good protection against the penetration of infections, so girls can become infected with vaginal infections such as HIV, syphilis, herpes and gonorrhea, which can spread to the kidneys and become dangerous to health and children's lives.
