Human recombinant interferon d/in dry, commercial name "Rekolin", is a drug belonging to the pharmacological group of antiviral interferons. It is produced in Russia by the Vector-Pharm company and is used to treat various diseases.

- Epilepsy and/or other disorders of the central nervous system
- Chronic hepatitis against the background of decompensated cirrhosis of the liver
- Chronic hepatitis in patients receiving or recently receiving immunosuppressive drugs (except for short-term pre-treatment with steroids).
