intermediate (staged) medical institution in the system of dispensary observation of certain population groups. Patients arrive here from clinics and hospitals in order to receive advisory, specialized medical care outside their permanent place of residence, incl. to resolve the issue of temporary or permanent hospitalization of patients, as well as subsequent rehabilitation therapy. People who have arrived from distant regions or those in need of rehabilitation after long-term inpatient treatment rest in the hospital.
