Exhaustion

Exhaustion is a pathological state of the body caused by a sharp decrease in tissue nutrition, changes in metabolism, disruption of physiological functions and synthesis of mediators.

Depending on the reasons causing exhaustion, the following types are distinguished: - physical exhaustion (hypotrophy); - vitamin depletion; - toxic exhaustion; - allergic exhaustion.

Each type of exhaustion corresponds to a certain type of tissue pathology, a disorder of metabolic processes in the cell, organ microvasculature or circulatory organs. Wasting develops as a consequence of a disease or a physiological response to its elimination, to the action of toxins or foreign bodies, to infection or exposure to external factors.

Exhaustion ```md Exhaustion is a pathological condition characterized by a decrease in the function of organs and systems. It is a formidable sign for a sick organism. Occurs most often after severe illnesses (for example, severe forms of pneumonia, acute hepatitis). Exhaustion can be caused by stress, lack of sleep, injury, poor nutrition, heavy physical and mental stress, water-salt imbalance, etc. With exhaustion, various pathologies arise. Excessive fatigue or insomnia is a common consequence of fatigue. Lack of sleep can cause increased irritability, poor memory and attention. This in turn reduces labor productivity. ⠀ However, exhaustion is harmful to the body not only because energy leaves it, but also because restoration processes are disrupted and organs and tissues degrade. Metabolism deteriorates, suffers
