Every second Ukrainian girl aged 15-17 years periodically or regularly drinks low-alcohol drinks. These alarming data were voiced by the chief narcologist of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Anatoly Vievsky.
According to a study conducted among the country's student youth, almost 40% of people aged 15-17 have consumed wine in the last month. More than 20% of boys and girls drank stronger alcoholic drinks during this period. A. Vievsky also noted that 35% of alcoholic beverages on the domestic market is counterfeit.
Let us remind you that the State Statistics Service of Ukraine calculated that in 2012, the expenses of compatriots on alcohol and cigarettes significantly exceeded the expenses on health care and education.
