Keler's comma is an acellular morphological anomalophone type of proliferative tumors of small salivary glands. Characterized by the dominance of small parietal cells with giant neurosecretory (spindle-shaped and polygonal) cells limited to the perinuclear space; detection of giant cells usually in the center of the cytoplasm, less often - along the periphery. Fibrous stroma with the presence of basophilic masses, most saturated with albumin. Signs of chronic inflammation are found in the tissue of somatic cells of the gland. In pathohistological examination, the cytochemical picture of tumor cells from small salivary glands is characterized by high cholera specificity or very low specificity rates (Fig. 2).
