Under the Sanosan TM, three products for stretch marks are produced - cream, massage oil and Sanosan mama spray lotion. The manufacturer does not indicate that they should be used in combination; this is what young mothers who have already tried all these products recommend doing. Somebody knows exactly how and why stretch marks appear. The most problematic areas:

1. during pregnancy - on the stomach;
2. during feeding - on the chest;
3. in the postpartum period, when sudden changes in weight are possible - on the hips and buttocks.

In order for the product to really have the effect that the manufacturer claims - that is, restoring skin tone, increasing skin elasticity, preventing the appearance of stretch marks and scars - you need to start using cosmetics for stretch marks somewhere from the 12th week of pregnancy. Pharmacists usually recommend cream to women as a more effective remedy. Those who have already tested the effect of cosmetics on themselves are advised to take not only the cream, but also a spray lotion and use both of these products at once.

11. chitosan lactate (a solution of chitosan in lactic acid) – moisturizes the skin and slows down the aging process;
12. phenoxyethanol is a preservative that can cause skin irritation and allergies;
13. 3-cyclohexene carboxaldehyde - flavoring with the smell of lily of the valley, toxic, can cause allergies;
14. citronellol is a flavoring with a floral aroma, and those who are allergic to citrus fruits will react to it;
15. alpha-isomethyl ionone - violet-scented flavor, toxic, may cause allergies;
16. Geraniol is a component of essential oils, used as a fragrance.

Properties of the cream

The consistency of the cream is thick, dense, with an oily texture. It is packaged in a plastic tube with a narrow neck, so squeezing it out, especially when the packaging runs out, is a real problem. The neck of the tube is sealed with mica, the tube itself is packed in a cardboard box - that is, the design is quite simple and unpretentious. Packaging: 100 ml.

The cream has a white color and a strong floral aroma, which some women find intrusive. It lies on the skin in a dense layer and is absorbed for quite a long time. If it is not rubbed and “massaged” into the skin, it can form an unpleasant sticky film on the body and stain clothes.

The spray has a lighter consistency, which is why many people prefer to use it rather than cream. For oil lovers, Sanosan produces massage oil for stretch marks.

How and when to apply the cream

In any case, you need to apply the remedy for stretch marks 2 times a day with a break of 12 hours. It is useful to perform the procedure after a water massage, which is done very simply: while standing in the shower, direct a stream of water onto the chest, then onto the stomach - weak, so as not to cause complications. Gradually change the water temperature: start with cool water, end with hot water (not boiling water!). If desired, instead of cream after a shower, you can use massage oil.

Massage the skin until the cream is absorbed (this takes time, 10–15 minutes, no less!). It is permissible to carry out a pinch massage - also not strong, without pressure. There is no need to wash off the remaining cream; it should be completely absorbed. Such rubbing can and should be done regularly throughout pregnancy, and then during lactation.

There are no restrictions on the duration of the course. Of course, you will not see the result in the form of reduction of old stretch marks or their complete disappearance, no matter what the advertising promises. But for their prevention, the cream is a very suitable remedy. It is only important to apply it to the body without skipping - because then, after childbirth, stretch marks appear in these places that the woman did not expect to see.
