Lipogranulomatosis

Lipogranulomatosis is a rare disease that is characterized by the formation of subcutaneous granulomas that can grow in various organs and tissues. This disease has been known since ancient times and occurs in only 4 cases per million population. Lipogranulomatosis can be either hereditary (familial form) or acquired as a result of various injuries or infections. Symptoms of the disease may include tenderness, redness and swelling of the affected area of ​​the skin, as well as pain in the abdomen, back or chest. Lipogranulmas are often accompanied by fever, weakness and weight loss. Treatment of lipogranuloma requires removal of the granulosa, which can be done either surgically or with the help of radioirradiation. In some cases, the patient may suffer from an exacerbation of lipogranulma, which requires repeated treatment and monitoring of the health condition.

Lipogranulemtosis is a chronic disease characterized by inflammation, degeneration, atrophy and calcification of adipose tissue. It occurs against the background of tuberculosis, gummous periostitis of the jaw, a gunshot wound in the area of ​​the medullary canal, bone injuries, as well as secondary penetration of bacteria under the skin in the sinus area.
