Ponectomy (Symphysiotomia) is the interruption of adhesions through the symphysis bed (pelvic floor bed). The operation is indicated if the following indications occur:

- Diseases of the uterus with the formation of scars leading to disruption of the integrity of the symphysis bed; - Endometriosis, scar changes after cesarean section, myomectomy or operations in the internal genital area;
