Ultraviolet Rays

Ultraviolet Rays are invisible short-wave radiation that occupies the spectral region between visible and X-ray radiation. The sun's rays include ultraviolet rays, which cause tanning or (in case of overdose) sunburn. Dust and gases contained in the earth's atmosphere absorb most of the ultraviolet rays coming from the sun (see Ozone). If this did not happen, then the strong ultraviolet radiation coming from the sun would lead to the death of many living organisms.

Ultraviolet Radiation – These rays are a form of electromagnetic radiation. Their source is the Sun. Ultraviolet rays have a beneficial effect on the human body, they help regulate functions, biochemical processes, stimulate cells, create immunity, strengthen the nervous system, and disinfection. Sunlight is just solar ultraviolet
