Luschka Wilk is an outstanding German anatomist and physiologist who made a significant contribution to the development of the science of skeletal muscles. His scientific works and research had a great influence on the development of medical science and practice. Luszka Wilka was one of the first scientists to study the structure and function of muscles. He also studied muscle diseases and developed treatments for muscular dystrophy and other diseases. In addition, he was one of the leaders in the field of research on electromyography, a method for quantifying muscle activity.

Luszka Wilka was born in Berlin in 1823. Educated in Berlin, he began his scientific career at the University of Göttingen. In 1851 he became professor of anatomy at the University of Göttingen, where he conducted research on muscles and other skeletal organs. He was the first to describe the structure
