Efficiency
Cornflower oil is an essential oil for caring for the skin around the eyes. Effectively smooths out fine wrinkles and crow's feet, cares for thin eyelid skin, restores elasticity, and significantly improves complexion. The light texture of cornflower oil has a multifunctional effect.
Tips for use
For mature facial skin: improves the tone of sagging, dry skin of the face, neck and décolleté. Moisturizes the skin, smoothes out fine wrinkles, eliminates dry skin caused by a lack of estrogen during menopause. Daily masks together with cream at night on the eye area improve skin tone and help prevent the appearance of wrinkles. For hair: when added to oil hair masks, it ensures smoothing of porous and damaged hair structure.
Helps colored hair maintain bright hair color longer. You can also add 4-5 drops of cornflower oil to shampoos and conditioners, and use it to massage the scalp - this will add healthy shine and brightness to your hair. For a bath: it is especially beneficial to carry out soothing baths with the addition of a few drops of cornflower oil, since the essential oils and glycosides contained in cornflower are good at relieving fatigue and toning the body.
Mode of application
For the skin around the eyes in its pure form, apply 1-2 drops of oil to the area around the eyes in the evening; after 15 minutes, blot off the residue with a napkin. Add to usual creams in the proportion of 1-2 drops of cornflower oil per 5 grams of base. In the same way, toners and makeup removers that are used for the area around the eyes are enriched.
Avoid contact with eyes. Individual intolerance to the components is possible.
Greetings to all dear review readers!
This was the first time I came across oil for the area around the eyes. I really love products for the skin around the eyes, but I was afraid to use oily products. I would definitely never buy heavy creams and would not apply them to the thin skin of the eyelids or under the eyes. But I was very interested to find out how cornflower inflorescence oil works for the eyes, so I bought it. By the way, in Auchan.
The bottle volume is only 25 ml.
Price - about 70 rubles.
Production - Russia
If we read the composition, we will see interesting products: cornflower oil, corn oil, tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), perfume composition and BHT. I googled it because I just don’t understand what BHT is and it turns out it’s some kind of chemical element used to produce many cosmetics. Well... let's assume that without it our oil would not work)
The manufacturer also describes in detail why cornflower inflorescence oil is used: for the skin (improves tone, tightens, nourishes, smoothes wrinkles, moisturizes, prevents the appearance of wrinkles), for hair (evens out the porous structure of the hair), for a bath (soothing baths to relieve fatigue) .
The bottle of oil is small, but I use it up slowly. I bought this to use on my face and eye area only. Neither for hair nor for baths.
The product has a very pleasant, delicate, barely noticeable aroma of flowers. Smells very cool!! Gorgeous, I would even say.
I used to be very afraid to apply a generous layer of oil around my eyes. I had eyelash extensions, and maybe someone knows that there are eyelash glues that dissolve from oils. So I was afraid that the oil would get on my eyelashes and the glue would dissolve. Now I’m taking off my eyelashes, almost all of them have fallen out and I’m no longer afraid of the oil) I use it to the fullest.
But the oil has no color. It is invisible in the bottle, and even more so on the skin.
I apply the oil to clean skin. Mostly in the evenings, only at night. Less often in the morning. But if I use oil in the evening without sparing it, then in the morning I use just a couple of drops. I lubricate the area around the eyes, sometimes the forehead and the convex part of the cheekbones.
This is what the skin around the eyes looks like BEFORE oil
Here I applied the oil to the skin around the eyes and left it to absorb for 15 minutes
I waited 15 minutes and blotted my skin with a napkin. I leave this result until the morning.
My impressions of using the oil are not so rosy. The sensation on the skin is not the most unpleasant. Yes, it is in oil and the first 15 minutes before I blot my skin with a napkin, it feels greasy and wet. I want to wipe everything away quickly. After the excess oil is absorbed into the napkin, the skin becomes drier, feels nourished and more pleasant.
Alas, there is no smoothing out of small wrinkles, no super skin tone. There is excellent nutrition, elimination of dryness and flaking. Maybe, of course, there are not yet those wrinkles that need to be smoothed out. Or maybe I don’t use it much. But for almost 2 months in total and about 3 weeks, I have been intensively lubricating the area around my eyes with oil. Before this, only a couple of spot applications. Perhaps after 3 or more months the effect will be more pronounced. But for now, alas. At least I get nutrition and velvety feelings. This also makes me happy, because sometimes you want to really nourish the skin, especially in the cold winter.
Will I buy this cornflower inflorescence oil again? I think yes. At least there is definitely no harm from it!
