May is rich in magnetic storms and an unusual full moon

Doctors are sounding the alarm and calling on hypertensive patients to take their health seriously. The fact is that, according to expert forecasts, nine magnetic storms await us in May, which will definitely affect well-being and mood, in particular, this applies to people with problems with the cardiovascular and nervous systems.

We already experienced the first magnetic storm on May 4, from 16:00 to 20:00. The second is expected tomorrow, May 6, from 05:00 to 07:00, the third - May 9, from 16:00 to 20:00, the fourth - May 13, from 02:00 to 05:00, the fifth - May 16, from 15:00 to 19:00, sixth - May 20, from 14:00 to 17:00, seventh - May 21, from 04:00 to 07:00, eighth - May 23, from 03:00 to 06:00 and ninth – May 29, from 08:00 to 10:00.

Doctors urge hypertensive patients to drink sedative drops and infusions and get plenty of rest, give up alcohol and fatty foods, since according to statistics, 70% of heart attacks, hypertensive crises and strokes occur during magnetic storms.

The fact is that when the Earth's magnetic field fluctuates, which occurs as a result of increased solar activity, blood circulates very slowly through the capillaries. In this regard, oxygen starvation of organ tissues occurs, and disappointing changes in the body occur immediately. The levels of cholesterol and adrenaline in the blood increase sharply, which makes a person irritable, tired and easily tired.

It should also be noted that tonight we will be able to observe a very unusual full moon - the Moon will approach the Earth as close as possible, passing the perigee point (the point of its orbit closest to our planet). At approximately 5:34 Kyiv time, the Moon will be approximately 16 thousand kilometers closer to the Earth than usual. As a result, it will look 14% larger and 30% brighter.
