Mobitza Type Blockade

**Introduction**

Mobitza block is a surgical procedure used to treat heart disease. This method involves blocking blood flow in the aorta by inserting a special coil into the opening of the aorta. **Mobitz blockade is one of the most effective and safe techniques used in cardiology.**

Blockades are divided into large types A and B, in which subtypes “A” and “B” are distinguished. But today we’ll talk about type “B” blocking according to Moritz. This blocking technique is a variation of Morizu's Type B and is also related to some earlier work on the subject. In BBB, the patient is placed on an endotracheal tube and then a right ventricular block is performed to the lowest ECV amplitude (ventricular rise). Once established in the BBB, locating aortocoronary manometry-oximetry and balloon-mediated coronary reperfusion are usually performed.

Heart block surgery can be accompanied by complications, so it is important to undergo an examination before the procedure to ensure that it is safe for the patient’s health. If you have heart problems or are at risk, it is better to consult a cardiologist.
