Nobody

Nobody. It would seem that the word is banal and familiar. But in reality it turns out that not everyone correctly understands the meaning of this lexical unit.

In Ancient Greece, the word “nobody” meant the absence of something. For example: - “No one has ever been able to defeat us in battle with his own name” - this is how Alexander the Great described the Greek city-states, which were not ready to give him troops for the war against the Persian king Darius; “Unless only if someone dares to appear where there has never been a war, or if no one goes where they do not go,” it was said about the crowd of frightened people leaving the city during the fire. What does history and modern life mean for many people: “I don’t work anywhere” - what a lie that is!
