Obstetric Turn Classic

Obstetric turn Classic

Obstetric rotation is an operative technique during which the fetal head is turned in the desired direction, resulting in the extension of the head and its insertion into the small fontanel. It is used to prevent labor anomalies, some complications of childbirth, and the biomechanism of childbirth. Designed to ensure that the child will be able to spontaneously overcome the natural (amniotic) obstacle of his stay.
