Oxygraphy

Oxygraphy is a research method that is used to assess a person’s health status. It is based on a blood test and allows you to determine the level of oxygen in the blood.

Oxygraphy can be used to diagnose various diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, anemia and others. Oxygraphy can also be used to monitor the health of people who are at risk, for example, smokers or people with high blood cholesterol.

To carry out oxygraphy, a special device is used - an oxygraph. It measures the oxygen level in capillary blood that is drawn from a finger prick. The results of the analysis allow us to assess the patient’s health status and take the necessary measures to improve it.

It is important to note that oxigraphy is not the only method of health testing. It can be used in combination with other diagnostic methods, such as ECG, ultrasound or MRI. However, oxigraphy has its advantages, as it allows you to quickly and accurately determine a person’s health status and begin treatment at an early stage of the disease.
