**Malignant edema** is a pathological condition associated with the accumulation of fluid in tissues and organs. As a result of this process, they can increase in size and acquire characteristic swelling, most often manifested on the face and sometimes on other parts of the body. The term “malignant” tumor arose due to the fact that this symptom very often accompanies cancer of the soft tissues. In patients with malignant tumors, the process of skin stretching is often accompanied by the formation of new pores. After cell death, the tumor itself begins to actively grow, requiring an increase in area for growth.
