Panmyeloparesis

Panmyeloparesis is an anatomical term that means dystrophic changes in the bone marrow, accompanied by a violation of its functions.

Panmyeloparesis can occur as a result of various reasons, such as infectious diseases, intoxication, trauma, and also after certain medical procedures, such as radiation therapy.

With panmyeloparesis, the formation of blood cells is impaired, which leads to a decrease in the level of white blood cells and platelets. This can lead to various blood and immune system diseases such as leukemia, lymphoma, myelodysplasia, etc.

To diagnose panmyeloparesis, various research methods are used, such as a blood test, bone marrow biopsy, etc. Treatment depends on the cause and severity of the disease. In some cases, a bone marrow transplant may be required.

Prevention of panmyeloparesis consists of timely treatment of infectious diseases, monitoring of background radiation and compliance with safety rules during medical procedures.
