Pannus Sarcomatous

Pannus is a sarcoma in the hand area that arises from muscle tissue and reaches large sizes; the structure and color of the skin changes; the tumor may grow into the bones and blood vessels. Diagnosis is made based on clinical manifestations, X-ray results and histology. Chemotherapy and immunotherapy are used for treatment.
