Paragranuloma

Paragranuloma According to one version, the name was incorrectly translated “para-granuloma”. This is one of the synonyms for CG (Hodgkin's granuloma), which will be discussed a little later. Paragranuloma is a synonym for intravital lymphadenopathy in cases of diagnosing CG by the Burkitt cell type. Paragranulomatosis The paragranulomatous variant is more common than others and is clinically indistinguishable from primary CG, perhaps with the exception of the predominant localization of enlarged lymph nodes in the axillary region in the early stages of the disease.

Paragranulosis or paragranuloma is a benign keloid neoplasm. It appears in the form of scar tissue (inflammatory infiltrate) around the hair follicles, blood vessels and nerves. Paragranulitis can develop in isolation or act as a manifestation of Hodgkin's disease

Paragranulosis does not develop due to herpes, herpes zoster, or ringworm. Its main cause is the action of a traumatic factor. Also, the cause of the development of the tumor is parasitic infestation. After a histological examination, the type of paragranuloma, the stage of its development and the severity of inflammatory processes become known.
