Primary Focus

The primary focus is the first element that occurs during the onset of the disease. Secondary lesions are subsequent formations that occur around the primary lesion, such as swelling or suppuration. To maintain the quality of treatment, it consists in reducing external influences that can cause the disease or transform the primary disease into a secondary one.

Speaking about the therapeutic decision, the surgeon will try not to develop an inflammatory process inside the body, which will destroy the soft tissues and purulent formations will develop. Primary treatment is carried out on the surface of the source of damage by stopping bleeding, ensuring the patency of the arteries, spilling blood and removing tissue decay products that have formed in the area of inflammation. Also, to stabilize the body’s condition, patients are given injections of anti-inflammatory drugs, hormones and antibiotics. This creates conditions for wound healing, granulation tissue formation and scarring.
