Pneumonia Radiation

**Radiation pneumonia** is an infectious and inflammatory disease of the lungs, which is caused by radiation exposure during radiation therapy or irradiation. This disease is characterized by damage to the alveoli of the lungs and impaired pulmonary gas exchange. It can be caused by chest x-ray, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging

During an experimental surgical operation on the shoulder joint, tissue infection occurred, due to which radiation pneumonia subsequently began to develop. The patient required treatment, but this itself did not pose a danger to his health. However, over time, the disease intensified, and a complication arose - pneumonia. It was caused by the tumor in the joint continuing to grow and turning into cancer. The disease became chronic, could not be treated, the patient began to weaken and fade away, he needed medical help to overcome cancer and pneumonia at the same time. It was only after undergoing long chemotherapy and radiotherapy that he was able to achieve remission.
