Lens subluxation (subluxation or subluxation lentis) is a congenital or life-long condition in which the axis and center point of the pupils are outside the natural range of motion. Deviations of the axes and points of the pupil exceed the physiological norm. There is a defective location of the optical center of the lens tissue in relation to the lens capsule. According to the international classification, ICD 11 is classified as S02.0 – S02.9 subheading 9.
