Preputial Lubrication

Preputial lubricant is also called smegma or pre-ejaculate. This is a specific mass located in the skin folds of the prepuce in men. It can get on the skin of the penis during masturbation, sexual contact with a partner, when active friction of the genitals and rectum occurs. This process is called autosexy. At the beginning of sexual intercourse, a man does not experience an erection, but his partner can feel a viscous substance released from the folds of the prepuce. This lubricant acts as a lubricant and allows the penis to enter the vagina more easily. Smegma also calms its appearance after removal of the foreskin.

Preputial smegma or preputial smegma is inflammation of the head and prepuce, hyperemia followed by bluish edema, and the formation of cracks. The cracks increase due to swelling; when stretched, they remain unchanged, in addition, caustic drops of gray-white color are visible, which are easily removed by hand. In such cases, an erection of the head is necessary, i.e. Lubrication with a condom is required.
